PRE-ORDER POLICY

In the interest of granting our valued customers further piece of mind when purchasing with us, Dragon's Lair Salisbury allows upcoming products to be partially paid (20%) for pre-ordered to secure your order.

This is a premium service we offer to ensure that stock of a limited product is reserved without having to pay upfront until the product is released.

Below are the Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. Please ensure all conditions of sale are read and understood prior to placing your order with us. By making a purchase with us you have agreed to our terms and conditions to our pre-order policy:

When are full payments due?
We allow up to 14 business days from the pre-ordered product release date to be paid, before we cancel and refund the item which will be then put back up for sale.

To insure the easiest method for our customers to keep up and pay for their partially paid pre-orders, an email will be sent to you with your pre-order receipt and a link to finalise your purchase. Our customers can use this email for refence when ready to finalise their purchase. A follow up email will be sent again 25 days after initial payment as a reminder. One more email may be sent after the product release as curtesy reminder before order is cancelled and refunded.

We endeavour to provide a release date on every pre-order product we list on our website.

These Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) can be found within the products product’s description.

Please note that all ETAs provided as an estimate as further delays can occur from time to time due to circumstances beyond Dragon's Lair Salisburys control including (but not limited to), publisher shipping delays, supplier shortages or publisher manufacturing issues.

In the event of a delay, we will update the listing as soon as possible to reflect the new date of arrival and will endeavour to notify all customers affected whenever major delays occur. 

Products marked as “pre-order” will be dispatched or marked for pick-up as soon as stock arrives, unless the order has not been fully paid or there is a pre-defined retail release date from a publisher that we are required to adhere to.

In this situation, your pre-order product will be held from dispatch or pick-up until its official release date.

If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the pre-order product is in stock or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived. However, we are able to partially mark an order for pick up locally.

If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products before pre-order products arrive, please get in contact with us via email Dragonslairholdings@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please note that as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders, orders split for dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge on the applicable order generated for pre-order products.

If your order contains multiple pre-order products and/or additional stocked products, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the final pre-order product is stocked in to our warehouse, or the official release date for the final pre-order product has arrived.

If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products before pre-order products arrive, please get in contact via email Dragonslairholdings@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please note that as we will be splitting the original order into two separate orders, orders split for dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge on the applicable order/s generated for pre-order products.

Please urgently contact us via email at Dragonslairholdings@gmail.com with the relevant order number and name of the order. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to the relevant terms and conditions set out in our Returns Policy.
